Description
The Soladey J3X ionic toothbrush has a light-activated titanium dioxide rod at the bristles-end of the handle. When exposed to any light source and water, this photosensitive titanium rod converts light into negatively charged ions or electrons. The rod releases these ions, which when blending with saliva (or water) attract positive (hydrogen) ions from the acid in the dental plaque on the teeth. The integrated solar panel at the non-brush end of the Soladey J3X ionic toothbrush handle generates electrons, which are transmitted to the semiconductor titanium rod at the bristles end.
